Headquartered in Denver, Colorado, Overland Companies have a record of achieving outsized risk-adjusted returns in all market types.
Overland Companies, is a private investment firm with a proven track record of positive, strong risk-adjusted and relative returns, even in the most challenging macro environments. Our focus is on capital preservation at the time of investment with multiple-driven returns on exit. We accomplish this by limiting the scope of our opportunities to those where we feel we have an asymmetric understanding, or other qualitative or quantitative advantages. Overland Companies is at its heart guided by an entrepreneurial spirit combined with deep experience in founding, growing and exiting businesses/assets.

Supporting others to flourish is essential for our communities. Over the years, Overland and its principals have supported, volunteered, and/or served on the Board of Directors for a number of community organizations. Below is a sampling of such organizations.
The mission of Special Olympics is to provide year-round sports training and athletic competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities, giving them continuing opportunities to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy and participate in a sharing of gifts, skills and friendship with their families, other Special Olympics athletes and the community.
Overland has supported People Against Leigh Syndrome, (PALS) to help build awareness and raises funds for research. Recently our donations along with others, enabled PALS to gift more than $20,000 to Leigh Syndrome International Consortium to be put toward research, and $30,000 to the UTHealth Mitochondrial Center of Excellence to advance TRiaLS: The International Registry for Leigh Syndrome, as well as support future physical therapy services to be offered in clinic.
At Facing History and Ourselves, we believe the bigotry and hate that we witness today are the legacy of brutal injustices of the past. Facing our collective history and how it informs our attitudes and behaviors allows us to choose a world of equity and justice. Facing History’s resources address racism, antisemitism, and prejudice at pivotal moments in history; we help students connect choices made in the past to those they will confront in their own lives.
